One of our vehicles, the better one, has been having problems ever since we got it (used). We had hoped it would be a simple (not necessarily cheap) fix. We’ve had it worked on twice in the hope that each time it was worked on, the problem we had it in for would be fixed once and for all. Mr. Nicklebee has put quite a bit of time on it troubleshooting since the problem is realted to something he knows stuff about. It’s in the shop a third time for the same problem. This time, though, they discovered another problem that is exacerbating the issue. Hopefully these are the only malfunctions and that the transmission is not involved. I had hoped we would be well into the Christmas shopping adventure by now. Maybe after today I can finally stop worrying about vehicles sucking bank accounts dry and start putting the money toward other things.
