They’re together except when they’re not. I was supposed to have gotten my upgrade phone Tuesday or Thursday, then Friday or Monday. I kept checking to see if there was a Fed Ex or UPS tracking number but it was never shipped. After several hours and 7 or 8 customer service people over the course of the week, that order was canceled and redone and it should be here Monday. We shall see!
They had some system changes so things were really discombobulated. The left hand did not know what the right hand was doing most of the time. At one point, I was so frustrated that I finally told the person, “I am so tired of this. I am getting ready to start looking at other carriers.”
The good thing is that all of the people I dealt with were nice, if not fluent in English. I knew there was a reason I wanted to learn several different languages!!
Thank You, God, for giving me the grace to be respectful on the phone.
