Choosing My Religion by R.C. Sproul

Choosing My Religion by Dr. R.C. Sproul

Mr. N picked this book up from the Christian bookstore the other day for Homer. I was perusing it Thursday night and am looking forward to reading it. The reviews I have read say that this book is going to be over Homer’s head. The first few pages are things we’ve already talked about so we’ll just have to see how the rest of the book goes.

From Sproul’s site:

In a world engulfed with false prophesies and theories, we would be mistaken to think our students are not burdened by them. In Choosing My Religion, Dr. R.C. Sproul addresses the promises that relativism and rebellion make but cannot keep. This series includes interviews with students and young adults, which reveal convictions they hold. Dr. Sproul responds to these views with biblical truth. Choosing My Religion benefits the young person by exposing false philosophies and redirecting them to the truths of the Gospel.

About The Asterisk

*Real names of ordinary individuals are almost never used here unless The Named have used them here or on their own blogs.

Specific geographic locations are also rarely used, regardless of what other bloggers do on their own blogs.

*The Asterisk here means, "It's all fun and games until somebody loses an identity." Or worse.
